The annual draw down of Cd'A Lake will start
Monday the 10th of September.  At that point, the 
river will go up to 800'ish from its current
400-600'ish.  We will see levels of 1200'ish by
the end of September and our coveted 3000cfs by
the middle to end of October.  This is all
without taking any rain into consideration.  If
it's a wet Fall, we could see higher levels.  I
hate to say it, but lets all do a rain dance!!! 
Bring on Winter 99/00 again.
